This page exists to make you aware of the complaints policy for the Giant Giving application.
How to make a complaint.
If you have a complaint about the Giant Giving platform or the way a fundraising campaign is being conducted on it, please contact us at notices@giantdigital.co.uk.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need more time to investigate, we will let you know and keep you updated on our progress.
If your complaint relates to how a specific charity is using the platform to fundraise, we may need to refer you to the charity in question, as they are responsible for the management of their own campaigns.
Need to escalate your complaint?
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator at www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk
